Refund & Cancellation Policy

01The general position

Because a plan unlocks its full daily quota the moment payment succeeds, purchases are generally non-refundable. Please use the Free plan first — it gives you a full simulation and 1,000 MCQs a day at no cost — to confirm the platform suits you before paying.

02When we do refund

We will refund in full in these situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same plan, or charged in error.
• Payment succeeded but the plan never activated on your account, and we could not fix it.
• A fault on our side prevented access for the majority of your subscription period.
• You bought a plan and had not used any part of its quota, and you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

03When we do not refund

Refunds are not available where:

• The plan has been substantially used — quota consumed or simulations taken.
• You changed your mind after the 24-hour unused-purchase window.
• Your examination result was not what you hoped. Quizentra AI is practice material and makes no guarantee of any outcome.
• Your account was suspended for a breach of our Terms of Service.
• A Daily Pass has expired in the ordinary course — it is a one-day product by design.

04How to request one

Email us within 7 days of the charge with your registered email address, the invoice number from your receipt, and the Razorpay payment ID. We acknowledge requests within 2 working days and decide within 7.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay. Your bank typically credits it within 5–10 working days; that timing is set by the bank, not by us.

05Cancellation

No plan auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge. Your access simply continues until the plan expires, then reverts to the Free tier. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
