01What Quizentra AI is

Quizentra AI provides simulated examinations and practice questions for Indian competitive exams. Simulations reproduce the duration, section structure and marking scheme of the real papers so you can practise under comparable conditions.

We are an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any examination body — including the NTA, UPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, the IITs, or any university or state commission. Exam names are used descriptively to identify the syllabus a paper targets.

02Your account

You must give accurate details when registering and keep your password secure. An account is licensed to one named individual.

• Do not share credentials or let another person sit papers on your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• We may suspend accounts used for automated scraping, quota abuse, or bulk extraction of the question bank.

03Plans, quotas and billing

Plans are prepaid and run for the stated duration. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes, and payment is processed by Razorpay — we never receive or store your card details.

Daily generation quotas reset at 00:00 IST and do not carry forward. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; nothing is charged after a plan expires unless you buy again.

AI-generated question papers are included only on plans priced at ₹1,000 and above. All other plans draw from the curated bank of previous-year and reviewed questions.

04Content and intellectual property

Previous-year questions reproduced on the platform originate from papers published by the respective examination bodies and remain the property of those bodies. Original questions, explanations, analytics and the software itself belong to us.

You may use the material for your own exam preparation. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or incorporate it into a competing product.

05Accuracy and no guarantee of results

We work to keep questions and answer keys correct, but they are provided without warranty. Verify anything decisive against official sources before relying on it.

Percentiles and scores are computed against other Quizentra AI users only. They indicate relative performance on our platform and are not a prediction of your result in the actual examination. Nothing here guarantees selection, a rank, or a qualifying score.

06Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events beyond our control may interrupt it. Where a fault prevents access for a substantial part of your subscription, see our Refund Policy.

07Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Quizentra AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including examination outcomes.

08Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
